Set on nearly half an acre in a gated community, the renovated home has three bedrooms and four bathrooms across 2,917 square feet of living space.

The 62-year-old musician formed the band Van Halen with his brother Alex in 1974, and their hits include Jump, Panama and Hot for Teacher. The band was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2007.
