Drake Bells foreclosed-upon home (as in: no longer his) is on the market at $1,524,900. The seller of the Los Feliz house is Union Bank.

Bell, 27, has stayed in the news this year Twitter feuding with Justin Bieber and filing for bankruptcy. The actor-musician, of Drake & Josh fame, also released his third album, Ready, Steady, Go!, this spring.

The pop-rocker bought the property in 2007 for $2.05 million, taking out a $1.5 million mortgage, and lost the house last year, public records show.
